S H I P P I N G

  • Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days for items in stock. Customers will receive up to date tracking information once their order is dispatched.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s tracking system.

R E T U R N S

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and have all their packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Customers can expect to see a refund within 10 business days as times vary depending on individual banks.
